CDM – New Head Offices
CDM have moved to new premises, located in Blantyre Industrial Estate. When we took on this property, it was an empty industrial space.
Using our own tradesmen, we have developed this property into a stunning office space. Stud partitions were erected to create one main office and three separate offices. New suspended ceiling tiles were fitted throughout with LED lighting installed. A full rewire of the property was also carried out.
All plumbing and joinery work was carried out by our own tradesmen to create a fully fitted, modern, kitchen complete with appliances. Two staff toilets were also created within the reception area.
The offices have been decorated to a high standard to create a modern and bright interior. Externally, all walls of the property have been painted along with the installation of corporate illuminated signage to the main entrance and side entrance.
Extensive groundworks were carried out with the erecting of palisade fencing. The property is fully alarmed with CCTV surveillance, secured shutters and intercom system.
