Our Aftercare team at CDM-UK have a wealth of experience in multiple trades, making us a one stop shop for any issues which may arise after a work is complete. 

With a vast portfolio ranging from short run projects to large-scale aftercare works covering entire estates, CDM are on hand to ensure that any issues that arise will be managed professionally and discreetly. 

Prior to any work, you will be greeted by a member of our team who will discuss our processes and any specific requirements you may have. This allows us to tailor our service to your needs, working any hour of the day to ensure minimal impact to your business. 

CDM-UK’s office staff and management team boast over 150 years combined experience within the construction and support service industries.

A member of our management team will be on hand to supply staff and site managers with updates.

With our CAFM (Computer Aided Facilities Management) system, any defects will be scheduled in order of priority to ensure all works which require a rapid response will be carried out before lower priority work continues.
