Meet the Team: Anne Corcoran
This is an introduction to HR Director, Anne Corcoran. Anne has been working within construction and administration for 39 years and has a wealth of experience within the industry. Anne has been with CDM-UK since January 2016 and has a postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management.
As HR Director, Anne is responsible for the smooth operation of the company’s human resources department along with consulting with the Senior Management Team to plan, design, develop and evaluate human resource related initiatives that support CDM’s strategic goals.
Anne works day to day to assist the company with Employment Law, Seeking Advice from our HR, and Health and Safety Consultants to ensure CDM-UK is consistently up to date with the latest regulations.
Anne handles multiple roles which include supervising staff, absence management, training and development, and recruitment and selection. Along with roles which would fall within the bracket of Human Resources, Anne is also in charge of the in-house company accounting which includes but is not limited to maintaining company accounting software for processing invoices, paying suppliers, credit control, producing reports, completion of CIS returns and CITB levy.
Anne is often the main point of contact for many suppliers and staff members who work with or who are looking to work with CDM-UK.
