Why Is Whistleblowing Training Important?

Encouraging whistleblowing is a moral responsibility for employers, and protecting those who raise concerns is a legal duty. Under the Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998 (PIDA), employers in the UK have a legal duty not to dismiss or mistreat whistleblowers.
